News: MC Yoo to reunite with his “sister” Lee Hyori
It seems like our beloved MC Yoo Jae Suk won’t be the only one returning on an SBS variety program, but his “sister” Lee Hyori as well! In other words, the infamous “Nation’s Siblings” of Family Outing are back after six months of separation!
Shortly after confirming Yoo Jae Suk’s participation on a mysterious program still in its development, Lee Hyori has decided to appear on the show as well. Unfortunately, the female singer will not be a regular for the show, but a weekly guest star.
Besides Lee Hyori’s appearance, it’s also been announced that the show’s host will consist of various stars including Kim Jong Gook and Haha. Kim Jong Gook has also been part of Family Outing during the show’s existence.
The show’s first opening episode, featuring Lee Hyori, will be aired in mid-July.

NEWS: Lee Hyori, “After Lady Gaga, it is hard as a singer to have fashion that is not overwhelming but still stands out”
On SBS Kim JungEun’s Chocolate aired on 6th June, Lee Hyori was guest appearance on the show and she revealed the costumes she wore for the MV of her latest hit ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’. MC Kim JungEun also donned a set of the costumes from the MV.
Kim JungEun then commented, “This is really cool. When you wear the jewel-studded dress, it seems it is so heavy and it is hard to dance in it.” Lee Hyori then said, “After the Lady Gaga, it is hard for singers as it is difficult to get fashion items that are not too overwhelming but still stands out.”
She also added that the part of the concept to her latest album is the thick eye makeup. Kim JungEun also asked the question, “Netizens have picked Lee Hyori as the person they want to live as if they can be someone else for a day. Who would you choose” and Lee Hyori answered, “Netizens. I want to try post up a bashing comment.”

NEWS: Lee Hyori reveals an episode where she goes for drinking session with junior singers.
Lee Hyori was on SBS Kim JungEun’s Chocolate aired on 5th June when she was asked “What is your favourite gathering”, and she answered, “As compared to karaoke session with idols, I like having drinking session with the Family members.”
Lee Hyori added, “When I go drinking with the Family members like Yoo JaeSeok and Yoon JongShin, I can relate my troubles and they also listen to me well.” And about the drinking capacity of the Family members, Lee Hyori said, “Kim JongKook don’t drink even a cup considering his build, while Yoo JaeSeok can’t drink even a cup. But they will stay until the end even it is hard to stay when you don’t drink.”
She continued, “Kim SooRo surprisingly drinks well. People who drink are Yoon JongShin, Lee CheonHee, Park YeJin and me. The idols not only have many restrictions, they can’t drink well too. Idols think that I’m scary and I also think that their presidents are scary.”
On the show, she picked Big Bang DaeSung and KARA Goo Hara as idols whom she is close to and they will drink together. Lee Hyori revealed, “When I go drinking with DaeSung, Yang HyunSeok called me and said ‘What do you think you are doing?’. He told me not to lead DaeSung on the wrong path.”
And regarding drinking with Goo Hara, “Goo Hara and me once went drinking together, and we vomitted during our schedule the next day. KARA’s agency president was my ex-president, and he said to me ‘You still haven’t fix this bad habit of you, have you?’.”
Meanwhile, on the show, Lee Hyori performed the song ‘Bring It Back’, ’10 Minutes’ and ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’.

NEWS: Singer Lee Hyori picks BEAST Yoo DooJoon as the junior idol who has caught her attention the most.
Lee Hyori was on SBS Kim JungEun’s Chocolate aired on 5th June as guest appearance. And during the corner ‘Truthful Speed Quiz’, there ws a question ‘The junior idol who has caught your attention the most” and her answer to it was BEAST Yoon DooJoon.
As to why she picked Yoon DooJoon, Lee Hyori explained, “His appearance is my type of guy. I like guys with big eyes and no double eyelids.”
Also Lee Hyori also talked about her latest album, “The parts that I put in a lot of effort in was the thick eye makeup, not the vinyl pants or the feeler hair.”
